Valio creams give foods and pastries a good, smooth taste and satisfy many different needs: cooking creams for cooking, whipping creams for desserts and pastries, and coffee creams and low-fat creams for coffee and baking.
Our range includes low lactose HYLA® products, completely lactose free options, low fat alternatives, and products in handy re-sealable packages.

UHT-sterilised and high-pasteurised (ESL) creams (low fat, cooking and whipping) are intended for specialised use (containing 10-38% dairy fat).
They are distinguished from traditional pasteurised whipping and coffee creams e.g. by a different package, their longer shelf life, a low fat content, being lactose free, through the use of functional ingredients in production, having different properties (e.g. flavoured creams), or by special characteristics employed in the production process.
The range of Valio's non-fermented UHT cooking products has been broadened with cream-like, rapeseed oil based “ruoka” food 5% and 13% low fat products.
