Technology licensing is a relatively new element in international business, and it has spread the Valio name around the world. Functional food licensing agreements are available for probiotic Lactobacillus GG (LGG®) strain, Evolus® (helps to control blood pressure), LGG® Extra and Zero Lactose™ technology. LGG® is already well established around the world.
The Valio hydrolysis process can be used to hydrolyze lactose cost-effectively in whey and whey permeate syrup.
